OUR TEAM

Lisa Fyffe / Founder & Director started the company in Mildura, Victoria back in 2011, focusing on Avocado and Table Grapes, relocating headquarters to Bundaberg, Queensland in 2015. Avocados are her life! She has been slowly building the Ripe team along the way and also has a High Density Avocado & Macadamia Orchard.   

Claire Russell made the huge jump from Tassie to Bundaberg with the exciting prospect of learning all things Avocados back in 2016! She has nailed this brief and Claire is our Head Agronomist on the ground and her experience and versatility make her wise beyond her years!

Penny Nesbitt joined the team in 2020 and is our lead Table Grape agronomist based in Victoria and has a background in Nutrition. She is covering the Table Grapes and Avocados like a boss! Her strengths lie in a quite yet competent
